At Leap, we’re all about supporting riders because we ride too, and we know how important it is to never stop riding. We stand behind our products and go the extra mile with real people support and rider first service. Our priority is simple: get you back out riding or using your gear as quickly as possible.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers all Leap products for 1 year. If you run into any issues during that time, we have you covered. Whether it is free service parts or a full replacement, we will get you sorted with whatever gets you back out riding the fastest.

To submit a warranty request, please fill out the warranty form below.

If it is a manufacturing issue, we will cover it. Always.

If the damage is due to lack of maintenance, we still have your back. Fill out the form, let us know what happened, and we will help with a discount and provide service advice.

Crash Replacement

Crash related damage? Fill out the form with the details and we will offer a low cost crash replacement to help you get rolling again.
